Hotel Neits stands in the middle of a ring of green mountains on the edge of Kandy. Our windows look out over the Knuckles range and Hunnasgiriya, and on a clear morning you can follow the ridges all the way to the horizon.
Kandy, once called Senkadagala, was the last capital of the Sinhalese kings. Today it is a UNESCO World Heritage city, home to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, the Royal Botanical Gardens and the famous Esala Perahera. We are within easy reach of all of it.
